Abstract
Angle-specific nanophotonic color routers are assembled from a library of inverse-designed unit cells matched to local incidence angles. Optical structural similarity (OSS) constrains neighboring permittivity profiles during optimization, suppressing inter-cell stitching errors without additional full-wave simulations and enabling oblique-incidence-robust color routing for CMOS image sensors.
