Kilogram-Scale Synthesis of 11β-Hydroxyandrosterone (2)

本文主要研究了11β-Hydroxyandrosterone的公斤级合成方法。背景方面，先前的研究表明，甲醇钠可以将含有C11氧官能团的皮质类固醇高效转化为C17酮类固醇。研究目的是优化反应条件以实现高效、大规模的合成。通过实验发现，甲醇钠在二氧六环中的反应条件最为稳定，适合大规模反应。此外，研究还发现化合物27在酸性水溶液中不稳定，但在碱性条件下或结晶状态下稳定。最终，通过优化反应条件，成功在公斤级规模上实现了四步合成，总收率达到21-28%。
