The Knowledge Management concept is a method that will be used in research and allows an organization to manage its knowledge as an asset. In order to improve organizational performance, especially in the field of Higher Education (PT) services, various efforts are needed to channel correct and appropriate knowledge to PT managers, so that the implementation of activities can run as expected. This research uses a descriptive research method that systematically describes the facts, objects and subjects studied accurately. Knowledge is one form of achieving PT excellence, if the value of the knowledge created can be implemented by the PT. The idea to implement a knowledge management (KM) system model is to carry out a real reaction in the optimization efforts of Private PTs in increasing the student body at Satya Negara Indonesia University (USNI), which in fact is experiencing a degradation of prospective students. So that the implementation of Knowledge Management can run as expected, USNI needs to apply the general characteristics of its academics to the KM model by (a) Providing knowledge; (b) Carrying out academic activities; (c) carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education; and (d) Development of academic culture. This research aims to provide knowledge information in the form of a knowledge management model that must be implemented and carried out by USNI through changing mindsets through general characteristics in the development of lecturers as USNI resources in an effort to gradually increase the student body which ultimately results in superior learning products and education.

Scouting is a crucial aspect of football, where the team's success depends heavily on the ability to select the right player. To minimize risk and optimize resources, teams can utilize the football scouting application. Unfortunately, existing applications still have limitations, especially in support of multiple platforms, and are open source. Therefore, this research is focused on developing a football scouting application that supports multiple platforms and is open source, using a single codebase-based Flutter Framework. Using Flutter, the app can be created based on just one code base, which can be compiled directly on Android and iOS platforms. The developed application has several superior features. First, the application allows the admin to insert player data into the database. Another feature is the ability to search for players based on names that users include. In addition, the application is also able to display a list of players based on the position chosen by the user. Finally, the application can display the complete data and statistics of the currently active player. Through the implementation of the selected development method, the implementation of this system can contribute significantly to supporting the scouting process in football teams. Thus, this application can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of decision-making within the scope of football scouting activities.

In the implementation of the St. Batu Tulis – Lintas Bogor – Sukabumi STA 5+550 project, a significant challenge arose with the occurrence of an avalanche during construction, attributing landslides to substantial land subsidence caused by the destabilization of the slope's soil or rocks. This disruption significantly impacted construction planning, particularly in terms of cost considerations. This study conducted a comprehensive comparative analysis of the stability of the original embankment slope and slopes reinforced with gabions (measuring 2m x 1m x 0.5m), sheet piles (type W-400 A-1000), and bored piles (size D600). To evaluate the stability, it was imperative to determine the safety factor (SF) and slope deformation under applied loads. The Plaxis 8.6 program was employed for the analysis, incorporating all relevant soil parameter data. Safety factor values were calculated as 1.67 for the gabion-bored pile combination slope, 1.62 for the sheet pile-reinforced slope, and 1.63 for the bored pile-reinforced slope. Estimated costs for slope strengthening were as follows: IDR 3,525,789,199.92 for sheet piles, IDR 2,180,309,258.00 for bored pile-gabion combination, and IDR 6,689,603,822.00 for bored piles alone. The budget for slope reinforcement with gabions proved more economical by IDR 1,345,479,941.92 compared to sheet piles and IDR 4,509,294,564.00 compared to bored piles. The reinforcement type selection was based on a cost analysis, prioritizing lower expenses while ensuring construction feasibility. Gabions offer advantages such as economical prices, flexibility, and simple construction methods, but they have drawbacks, including susceptibility of galvanized coated wire to water conditions with high salt or acid content and requiring a wide area for construction due to their large size. Sheet pile reinforcement is resistant to corrosion, durable, and has good performance, but it is unsuitable for supporting very high soil due to the requirement of a large cross-sectional area and not suitable for use in rocky soils due to piling difficulties.

The utilization of water resources encompasses activities related to providing water for human needs, one of which is irrigation water supply. In this research, optimization techniques are employed to optimize the availability of irrigation water in order to achieve maximum agricultural production and profit, as well as more effective and efficient irrigation utilization. The optimization technique used in this crop pattern optimization study employs linear programming through the use of the POM QM application. This study plans for 3 alternatives involving 2 different crops, namely corn and peanuts. Alternative 1 implements the cropping pattern for MT I in November, alternative 2 for MT I in November II, and alternative 3 for MT I in December I. Among the planned alternatives, the cropping pattern that yields maximum profit is alternative 3, which results in a rice cultivation area of 634.15 hectares for MT I, 15.22 hectares for MT II, 3.1 hectares for corn, and 7.5 hectares for peanuts. The achieved profit in one year is Rp 11,553,320,000 for the cropping pattern with corn and Rp 11,566,000,000 for the cropping pattern with peanuts.

Utilizing IoT based on health services cannot be avoided, especially during a pandemic requiring a screening process for a person's condition. It serves as an important tool for conducting initial health assessments, which are critical in determining subsequent healthcare interventions. Healthcare-oriented IoT solutions offer a cost-effective approach to remote health evaluation, expanding their reach to remote and underserved areas. The implementation of Safe Entry Stations (SES) further enhances this process by capturing fundamental health metrics such as blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. This article delves into the exploration of the determinants that influence individuals' intentions to adopt health-focused IoT devices. This introduces a new Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework by including additional variables. These findings, as revealed through SmartPLS analysis, confirm the significant impact on the acceptance and integration of health-oriented IoT devices. This research underscores the important role of IoT technology in the healthcare sector and contributes relevant insights for its widespread adoption and implementation.

The emergence of environmental pollution problems in recent years has compelled the transportation sector to embrace environmentally friendly electric vehicles. Indonesia, being a significant market for both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, nevertheless experiences relatively low adoption of electric vehicles (EVs). This study aims to analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, moral norms, environmental awareness, financial incentive policies, and risk perceptions on the intention to adopt battery electric vehicles (BEVs). This research falls under the category of basic research, specifically quantitative in nature, involving the analysis of numerical data using statistical methods. Data for the study were collected through an online questionnaire using a non-probability purposive sampling design. The collected data were processed using SPSS 25 software and subjected to a Partial Least Square Test. The data analysis for this study utilized SmartPLS software version 3.2.7. Results based on a sample of 224 respondents suggest that attitudes and subjective norms do not significantly influence BEV adoption intentions. However, while perceived behavioral controls, moral norms, environmental concerns, and financial incentives have a positive and significant impact on willingness to adopt battery electric vehicles (BEVs), the perceived risks , has a negative and significant impact on BEV adoption intentions.

This research falls under the category of basic research, specifically quantitative in nature, involving the analysis of numerical data using statistical methods. Data for the study were collected through an online questionnaire using a non-probability purposive sampling design. The collected data were processed using SPSS 25 software and subjected to a Partial Least Square Test. The data analysis for this study utilized SmartPLS software version 3.2.7. Results based on a sample of 224 respondents suggest that attitudes and subjective norms do not significantly influence BEV adoption intentions. However, while perceived behavioral controls, moral norms, environmental concerns, and financial incentives have a positive and significant impact on willingness to adopt battery electric vehicles (BEVs), the perceived risks , has a negative and significant impact on BEV adoption intentions.","PeriodicalId":348558,"journal":{"name":"ADI Journal on Recent Innovation (AJRI)","volume":"201 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133208930","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
Construction cost estimation is a critical aspect of construction activities that requires in-depth attention. The cost estimation process, which relies on specifications and working drawings prepared by the project owner, should ensure efficient and accurate project execution with appropriate and measurable execution methods. However, in reality, as revealed in previous research, there are still weaknesses in considering nonconformances in specifications in selecting heavy equipment, determining optimal execution methods, and ensuring efficient workforce management, including work safety aspects. Therefore, it is important to choose an implementation method that suits the characteristics of the field to ensure that the resulting cost analysis is accurate and appropriate. In some cases, the Unit Price Analysis Method (AHSP), in some cases, still tends to be general in nature and has not fully taken into account the differences between the 2016 and 2022 AHSP, such as changes in the coefficients for labor, equipment and materials. The effect of this discrepancy is that the base unit price often does not reflect the actual situation at the project site, which can impact the accuracy of cost estimates. To overcome this challenge, more in-depth adjustments are needed in the AHSP method to ensure that construction cost estimates truly reflect actual field conditions. This step will enable the use of the AHSP method as a more relevant and accurate tool for predicting construction project costs, which will ultimately support more efficient and effective project management. Thus, industrial construction can maximize resource efficiency and reduce potential cost discrepancies in the field.

Catur Insan Cendekia University (UCIC) is a university located in Cirebon. Compared to other universities in Cirebon that were already established first, UCIC still has low brand awareness mainly among the high school student. To improve it, a lot of promotion activities has been done especially before and after high school graduation. Thanks to those activities, the amount of new students increased. But, UCIC still needs a new strategy for promotion which is better and can boost brand awareness. This research will design ambient advertisement as additional promotion media. Ambient media is chosen because it is unique and can use media or places which are close to the target audience. This strategy also hasn’t been done by the other universities. This ambient advertisement will take inspiration from “Digital Network Connection'', which will show how this college can make the students connected to each other.
