The article examines the main potential internal threats to the economic security of enterprises. The classification of threats from different areas of companies is given, based on the opinions of various authors. Different views and conclusions were studied, as well as a general conclusion was made and, based on the results of the analysis, an information table was compiled with all potential threats to economic security.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of international Internet commerce in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Based on the results of the analysis, the actual problems of the customs administration of e-commerce in the EAEU were identified, and promising directions for its development were identified. The implementation of the recommendations outlined in the article will contribute to the growth of electronic commerce in goods in the EAEU member states.

This article is devoted to the consideration of the prospects for the application of ESG principles in the Russian management system. This article discusses the basics of the concept of ESG principles, the key features of the components of this phenomenon, describes the formation of the processes of integration of ESG principles into the Russian management system. The authors pay special attention to the activities of the Moscow Exchange in relation to the formation of the Sustainable Development Sector, the purpose of which is to support and finance projects in the field of ecology, environmental protection and social policy through the issuance of securities. As a result of writing this article, conclusions have been formed regarding the prospects for the application of ESG principles in the Russian management system.
