Growth factor is a cytokine that plays a role in triggering a series of inhibition of inflammatory processes and triggers repair of joint cartilage which acts as a shock absorber. However, the current phenomenon shows that patients are still very hesitant to take advantage of the potential of platelet growth factor as a modality for the treatment of OA. The aspect of patient ignorance related to the potential of this modality is believed to be the reason for the lack of interest in OA patients utilizing this therapeutic modality. This community service aims to increase aspects of knowledge of OA patients about the potential, benefits and possible risks of using platelet growth factor through the process of counseling and education for OA patients at Ar-Rasyid Hospital Palembang Indonesia. This counseling activity was carried out on outpatients at the polyclinic of Ar-Rasyid Hospital Palembang Indonesia. There was an increase in the response knowledge score after counseling on the potential growth factor of platelets to overcome OA, with p<0.05. The results of the study also showed that there was an increase in aspects of attitude and behavior to choose the modality of platelet growth factor therapy after thecounseling process, with p < 0.05. Counseling activities are effective in improving aspects of knowledge and patient behavior at RS Ar Rasyid Palembang Indonesia in choosing growth factor therapy modalities from platelets for OA.

However, currently, patients with ankle sprains are still reluctant to get this therapeutic modality, even though the potential for this new therapeutic modality is superior enough to accelerate trauma repair. This is because the patient is still not familiar with this therapeutic modality. Kemlagi village is one of honey-producing village in Mojokerto, East Java, that has not been paid much attention to by the local government, both in terms of potential and marketing strategy. The involvement of housewives in the marketing sector of the Kemlagi village honey business has not been seen. This community service aims to increase women's empowerment in the social media marketing sector so that business development and community income occur. This community service has two focus activities, namely Instagram marketing training and basic photography training. The presenters of this event were a team from the Communication Science study program of the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) "Veteran" and the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The target participants for this event are women in Kemlagi village, Mojokerto who run a business selling honey and its products. A total of 30 mothers participated in this training event. The training event consisted of opening, opening remarks, Instagram marketing and basic photography materials, questions and answers and closing. After the event, an evaluation of the benefits and participants' understanding of this training material was carried out. The long-term goal of this training is that the home business of the Kemlagi village is getting more advanced and its potential is getting more and more optimized. It is hoped that this home business will develop so that in the future Kemlagi village can develop into a honey edutourism area in East Java.

Bullying literally in Indonesian means a bully, a person who likes to annoy the weak. This study aims to describe educational outreach activities related to bullying prevention for MIN 3 students in Lhokseumawe City. The learning approach used in this activity is by using a discussion forum. This activity has received permission from the Principal of MIN 3 Lhokseumawe City and the local Education Office. The material provided in this education is in the form of understanding bullying and how to respond to bullying in the environment. The delivery method used is an interactive method with more discussion and sharing. After the presentation of the material, a simple evaluation was carried out regarding the participants' understanding of the material. In conclusion, bullying prevention education activities are very useful in increasing children's understanding of avoiding bullying activities.

Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood, covering all the development experienced in preparation for adulthood. Misinformation about sex can result in a person's knowledge and perception of the ins and outs of sex itself being wrong. Knowledge of reproductive health is indispensable to society, especially the adolescent population. The main purpose of reproductive health is to provide comprehensive reproductive health services to individuals and their partners, especially adolescents, so that each individual can aim to undergo the reproductive process. The method used in this study used counseling or direct socialization with the target, namely adolescents. The specific goal is to find out the adolescent's knowledge of reproductive health. The results showed that reproductive health counseling for adolescents is going well and is carried out by the goal, and adolescents are very enthusiastic about counseling, and very beneficial for adolescents and society. In conclusion, Counseling activities have a positive impact on adolescents and society to realize increased awareness of adolescents about how to maintain reproductive health. It is expected to be additional information about the importance of knowledge about productive health.

Antenatal care is very important for pregnant women; mothers who do not do prenatal care have a higher risk of pregnancy complications and maternal death. The benefits of pregnancy tests are to detect complications such as preeclampsia, diabetes mellitus, gestational age, fetal growth, and maternal and fetal health. The purpose of this health education is to make participants aware of the importance of Antenatal care visits during pregnancy during the COVID-19 pandemic. This community service was carried out in October 2021 at BPM Suratmi, Batam City. Participants who were included in this activity were pregnant women who were willing to attend when the activity took place, as many as 14 participants. This form of community service activity is in the form of providing health education to pregnant women, with material on understanding Antenatal care, Antenatal care goals benefits of Antenatal care, Antenatal care examination standards, and the impact of not having Antenatal care visits. Counseling is presented with media in the form of laptops, infocus, power points, and brochures given to mothers. After completing the counseling activities, a pregnancy examination was carried out in accordance with the standard of examination, it was found that the results of the examination were good for the mother and fetus of all respondents. From the evaluation results, it was found that the respondents understood and understood the importance of antenatal care visits during the COVID-19 pandemic and the respondents were enthusiastic about the material presented, as seen from the questions given by the participants. It is hoped that mothers can carry out pregnancy checks according to the schedule of examinations to midwives or other health facilities regarding the state of physical and psychological health during pregnancy so that they can detect the development and health of the mother and fetus while still implementing strict health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this service activity is to improve the competence of guidance and counseling teachers through group counseling training with mindfulness training. The method used in this service is the method of reflection, group discussion, and simulation. The target to be achieved from the BK teacher is a change in attitude or behavior in developing self-potential to carry out and conduct training for yourself as well as application to counselees on various problems, such as stress with mindfulness training. The results of these activities participants felt a significant impact on themselves both physically, such as feeling less tired, headaches and psychologically feeling comfortable, relieved, and calm.

Chat Dokter Online is a digital health platform developed by CV Cattleya Consultation Center based in Palembang. This digital health platform serves general public health consultations regarding health problems both in the city of Palembang and from outside the city of Palembang. This application is expected to be able to provide optimal services and a broad reach for users and especially patients who are self-isolating COVID-19 in Palembang City. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out through the stages of observation, interviews, application prototype development, application testing, application utilization, and monitoring application utilization. Chat Dokter Online provides massive health services and easy access for patients exposed to COVID 19 to determine the clinical degree of COVID-19, complaints felt by patients and to determine when to finish self-isolation. Indonesia is the second largest biodiversity-rich country in the world. Abundant biodiversity makes Indoensia rich in the potential of plants to be used as a variety of flavorful vegetables, dried fruit, medicine and medicinal plants packaged in the form of herbs. Freedia is the flagship product of this SME which is downstream from the innovation products of Rachmat Hidayat and the team. Freedia is an herb that is processed as a brew drink to overcome diabetes mellitus disorder. The implementation of this activity uses methods of observation, interview, design, manufacturing, trial, application and monitoring. Based on the results of the application of extraction machines in UKM Hippocrates Medika it can be concluded that the existence of these machines greatly supports the production process of freedia herbs to three times more than before.

This study investigated the perception on Multiple Choice Questions: Its challenges and implications among Grade 12 Senior High Students of Mindanao State University-Sulu. Descriptive survey method was used in this study. Random sampling was used to select 100 students, 50 from GAS strand and 50 from STEM strand Grade 12 Senior high school students. The researcher prepared a survey questionnaire to obtain the necessary data. Mean was used to analyze the perceived challenges and implication while an independent T-test sample was used to test the hypotheses at alpha level of 0.05.The following were the highlight of the study: Multiple Choice Questions is a test format only used as an assessment tool during their Quarterly Examinations and it was revealed that MCQ is challenging foremost due to the need to answer critically under time pressure. Consequently, they need to manage their time in order to answer every subject. The challenge of MCQ also lies in the difficulty of the subject Also, the result revealed the implications of MCQ tends to urge students to answer each subject at limited time pressure students that they experience test anxiety. Meanwhile, there is a need to look into the level of difficulty of the subject matter which requires student rigorous preparation before exam. More so, MCQ develop student’s analysis on problem solving which provides them a real time experience of taking major exams and develop time management in studying and strategies in answering as it encourages them to answer with persistence and resilience. The study recommended that the school administration should encourage the applicability of this test format to other colleges in the institution that require licensure examination, Setting programs and intervention for the improvements of this endeavour and Creating more research studies.
