This research aims to analyze the results of implementing biology learning tools using the problem-based learning (PBL) model for PPG Daljab students at Manado State University. The learning tools used result from a development process that meets the valid, practical, and effective criteria. This research used a qualitative approach, with a sample size of 10 PPG students registered in the biology education study program at Manado State University in 2023/2024. Data was collected through Teaching Module data, Interviews, and Learning Videos. Data analysis uses method triangulation, data presentation, interpretation, data reduction, coding, and categorization to conclude. Based on the examination of research data, PPG Daljab students have succeeded in developing biology learning tools, including CP, ATP, and teaching modules, which are classified as very good. The assessment instrument (THB) is classified as being in the excellent group. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PPG Daljab students improve their skills in formulating biology questions that are relevant to students' daily experiences (practical) and in line with PISA questions.

This study aims to examine the influence of the family environment and learning discipline on students' interest in learning at State 4 Junior High School Tomohon. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, this investigation involved a sample of 120 students selected through random sampling techniques. Data were collected through structured questionnaires designed to measure the variables of family environment, learning discipline, and students' interest in learning. The results revealed a significant positive correlation between the family environment and students' interest in learning, suggesting that supportive and nurturing family conditions contribute to higher levels of student engagement and enthusiasm for learning. Furthermore, learning discipline, characterized by consistent study habits, time management, and adherence to academic responsibilities, was found to be a critical factor in enhancing students' interest in their studies. Multiple regression analysis indicated that both the family environment and learning discipline collectively accounted for a substantial proportion of the variance in students' interest in learning, highlighting the combined impact of these factors. The findings underscore the importance of a conducive family environment and the establishment of disciplined learning habits as essential components in fostering students' academic motivation. The study concludes with recommendations for educators and parents to collaborate in creating supportive home environments and encouraging disciplined study practices to improve students' interest in learning. Future research directions include exploring the mediating effects of other psychosocial factors and extending the study to different educational settings to generalize the findings.

The performance of an organization is very dependent on the performance of its employees, in other words, the performance of employees will contribute to the performance of the organization in which they are located. This means that the behavior of organizational members, both individually and in groups, can provide strength or influence over the organization's performance. The research results show that leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation significantly affect employee performance. Where the significance value (Sig) is less than the significance level (α) and the FCount value is greater than FTable, indicating that the null hypothesis (Ho) can be rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that employee performance (Y) at the Tomohon City Regional Secretariat is influenced positively and significantly by leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), and work motivation (X3). Additional analysis shows a strong influence between these variables, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.835 and a coefficient of determination (r2) of 69.85%, it can be concluded that leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation positively contribute to employee performance. Good leadership and being a role model, authoritative, responsible, and nurturing which can move employees to improve their performance is supported by an organizational culture that is supportive, open, and focused on common goals as factors that play an important role will stimulate employee work motivation so that it will influence employee performance to be even better. The integration of these variables shows that improving employee performance can be achieved through holistic attention and action towards these factors.

The Merdeka Curriculum is a new initiative within the framework of Merdeka Belajar which aims to renew the education system in Indonesia. The main focus of the Merdeka Curriculum is to introduce a curriculum framework that is more flexible, oriented to the essence of the material, and develops students' character and competencies. This research focuses on teachers' experiences and practices in dealing with these curriculum changes. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The research subjects were teachers at Lokon St. Middle School. Nikolaus Tomohon, who has implemented the Independent Curriculum. Data were analyzed using a descriptive approach to identify the teacher's role in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning following the principles of the Independent Curriculum. Research findings show that teachers have a significant role in implementing the Independent Curriculum. They have adopted various learning strategies that are diverse, innovative, and creative in dealing with these curriculum changes. Apart from that, teachers also play an important role in facilitating student-centered learning, motivating students, and developing their character and competencies. This research contributes to the understanding of the role of teachers in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and provides insight for the development of more effective education policies. The practical implication of this research is the importance of support and development of teacher professionalism in facing curriculum changes. This research also provides a basis for further research on the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the Indonesian education context.

This research aimed to determine whether or not there was an influence of learning facilities and motivation on the learning achievements of students in class X TJK, X Nursing Assistant, X AKL, and X ATPH (30 respondents). The results of this research show that the multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y=80.501 + 0.007x1 + 0.048x2. Where learning facilities and motivation influence the learning achievements of class X students at Tombatu Christian Vocational School. The correlation results show a value of r = 0.241, proving that the influence of learning facilities and motivation on learning achievement is relatively strong. Then for the F test, Fcount = 4,296 > Ftable = 3.35. The results obtained state that there is a significant influence on learning facilities and motivation on the learning achievements of class X students at SNK Tombatu Christian. The influence of learning facilities (x1) and student motivation (x2) influences learning achievements (Y) by 24%, the remainder is influenced by other factors. This research concludes that learning facilities and motivation influence the learning achievements of class X students at Tombatu Christian Vocational School, both simultaneously and partially.
