The proposed Heart Rate Measuring (HRM) framework is conservative, easy to understand and utilizes optical innovation to distinguish the progression of blood. The framework is intended to detect and gauge the beat by utilizing wearable gadget and afterward showing the outcome on a portable application. This paper clarifies how a solitary chip microcontroller can be utilized to examined heart beat rate flags progressively and gives the data of bradycardia and tachycardia of pulse. This framework can be utilized in the emergency clinics/facilities/research. The target of this work was to develop a model for a pulse oximeter. Within the context of school leadership as a powerful process of impacting the life of people and making great things happen, Philippine Schools Overseas (PSO’s) administrators have demonstrated significant life lessons they could pass on to leaders not only of the academe but also to aspiring and seasoned leaders of any kind of organizations here and beyond. Using an in depth semi-structured interview; this qualitative phenomenological research has uncovered the consequential evidence that plays around PSO Administrators’ concept of proversified leadership. The universal life lessons as revealed in this study cover three major aspects of human existence namely: corporeal; considered as the lessons related to the earthly existence of man, relational; those relevant to human associations, and existential; the lessons about the meaning of life . Needless to say, these life lessons are meant to teach, to inspire, and drive school leaders and affiliate officials to action; to create the change they want to see in their respective schools and the world in general.

National Identity Cards is one of the assessment tools for identifying identity fraud in Companies. Its assumptions are premised on the due process of enrolment for the registration of persons. indicate that client identification and customer care have a positive correlation of 0.026 at a significance of 0.457. A positive correlation implies that as client identification increases, customer care also increases. However, the correlation of 0.026 is a weak correlation. This implies that currently, the client identification has a weak relationship with customer care in the telecommunication sector of Uganda.

This study examined cultural dynamics and organizational performance of small and medium scale enterprises in Bayelsa State. The study population consisted of officially registered SMEs in Bayelsa State, numbering 1450. The sample size of 313 respondents was selected using multi-stage sampling techniques. The internal reliability of the items was determined using Cronbach Alpha and reliability coefficient of 0.71 was obtained. Quantitative data were analyzed using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to describe and interpret the data. The research hypotheses were tested using Spearman Rank Order correlation coefficient (Rho). With 217 questionnaires that was retrieved out of 313 questionnaires distributed, findings were made and following conclusions drawn. The study shows that, there is positive relationship between all the dimensions and measures. Therefore, the following recommendations were made: It recommends that rules and regulations should be put in place in organizations and decision making should be sole responsibility of management in order to enhance the performance of SMEs.

Research suggests that instructional coaching enhances a teacher’s instructional quality, thereby improving students’ chances for academic success. Instructional Lead Teachers (ILTs) are positioned within a Northeastern school district to improve instructional quality via a coaching paradigm; however, it is unclear how ILTs influence teachers’ instructional practices. The purpose of this bounded multi-site qualitative case study was to explore the perspectives of ILTs regarding their instructional support responsibilities and practices in improving instructional quality. Grounded in Bandura’s social cognitive theory, the research questions addressed ILT perspectives of their influence on teachers’ instructional practices and identified supports ILTs need to increase their effectiveness. Ten ILTs, who served in middle schools, participated in semi-structured interviews and 4 were selected for observations. Data were thematically analyzed using open and axial coding. ILTs believed they served as an authority to provide instructional support, their work was essential to improve student achievement, coaching strategies changed teachers’ classroom management skills, and no instructional duties interfered with their coaching responsibilities. They identified support from administration, structure for the position, and more training are needed to be effective ILTs. The results of the study were used to create a coaching structure and 3-day professional development designed to address the specific needs of ILTs. These endeavors may contribute to positive social change by helping district administrators provide ILTs with the structure and training needed to effectively influence teacher practice, thus improving the educational outcomes of students. findings. Codes from each data set were in the above-mentioned spreadsheet and were used in the recursive process of determining themes. Without the pioneering contributions of Plato and Montesquieu in the analysis of systems of government of the historical reality, the formation of the modern political and social science would be rather impossible. First, Plato in book H of the Republic mentions four false forms of government, that is, regimes of the historic decay and four corresponding human types. The philosopher has already described in the previous books of the Republic, the framework of the rigid prerequisites concerning the moral political power so as to acquire the characteristics of the optimum republic. Nevertheless, even this transcendental structure of optimum republic has to confront its innate ontological limits from the moment it enters the social process and must materialize within it in an empirical way. Although Plato does not explain precisely the historical-type procedures that lead his optimum republic to decay, the fact remains that a degeneration of its principle core occurs in the long run, leading eventually to its final disintegration. As a consequence, the analysis of false forms of government presupposes the ongoing degeneration of the optimum republic 1 .The four forms of existing regimes, e.g. timocracy, 2 oligarchy, democracy and tyranny, are related to a downward motion of the principles in the inner part of the human soul. A certain sociology of human passions reveals the prevailing role that the material-causal definition plays in the structure as well as the inevitable destruction of the existing political formations. 2. Many centuries later, Montesquieu, as a diligent reader of Plato and Aristotle, in the first thirteen books of his Spirit of Law, assumes the task to develop the well-known theory of the three forms of government and subsequently to found what in modern scientific terms is called political sociology. The transition from the ancestral political philosophy to the actual sociology is depicted through the revelation of those inevitabilities which put in order whatever has occurred. As a result of this targeting, Montesquieu’s typology of forms of government 3 is inextricably interrelated with a theory of social causality: the variety of human passions, as reflected in the morals, customs and ideas of collective events, absorbed injust a few forms of government thus, enabling the interpretational demand of their comprehension. If and as long as the deeper reasons defining the historical event and consequently existing political formations are clarified, the analysis will proceed to a more convincing depiction of the empirical reality of thephenomenon of power.

State emblems are symbols of visual identification, unadventurously chosen to distinguish herself from others, and recognised as such by virtue of her distinctive flag, motto, seals, currency, coat of arms, anthem, etc. Their representation as signs of victory, recognition, unity, respect, honour, celebration and reverence, with its sense of belonging and consequent social, historical, economic, political, ideological identification, are at the heart of political and strategic issues. Therefore, whenever acts are perpetrated against State emblems, the gravity is always instinctively, because one’s attachment to these emblems, are of a moral legal nature. Thus, the lege feranda determination inevitably results to the lege lata representation, thereby putting to test, the legal value of state emblems. In fact, legal justifications are contained in the different constitutional guarantees and enhanced legal protection under constitutional and criminal jurisdictions; suggesting the consciousness inviolability of emblems as an inherent instinctive thing, which precedes the awareness of their legal value, as a fundamental thing.
