Equivalent circuits of an elementary space cell that consist of lumped elements are proposed for constructing conservative grids used in the two-dimensional analysis of structures with arbitrary distributed permittivity and permeability. The derivation of the values of lumped elements is carried out on the basis of the finite-difference form of Maxwell's equations. In this case, all values of the obtained lumped capacitances and inductances take positive values, ensuring the computational stability and causality of the algorithms. It is demonstrated that the algorithms based on the grids obtained are numerically stable for positive, negative, and zero values of permittivity and permeability. When the values of the dielectric constant are lower than the dielectric constant of vacuum, including negative ones and equal to zero, the frequency dispersion in the proposed grid corresponds to the plasma model without taking into account the motion of positive ions and collisions, which makes it possible to use this model for the numerical electrodynamic analysis of an inhomogeneous plasma.

The article presents the results of studies of the pulse and harmonic signals shapers that is a part of measuring instruments with adjustable parameters. A method is proposed for shaping pulse signals via a harmonic signal as a reference, associated with the use of a stroboscopic sample-and-hold circuit. For shaping of the output signal the relative method of setting the amplitude has been used, which (though lacking speed) allows to get rid of the error components due to the irregularity of the frequency response and the mismatch in the output node. In this case, the output signal and its nominal level are measured in the same sectional plane of the output node. A shaper of harmonic and pulse signals, which implements the phase readout method based on a stroboscopic converter with feedback, is characterized by a significant reduction in the effect of broadband interference on the transformation accuracy. The use of a two-channel shaper structure is proposed. If channels are identical, the structure made it possible to minimize the error due to the amplitude and time instability of stroboscopic pulses. In the shaper the gating is performed at the extreme points, and in each channel, the gating of extreme value of only one sign, which is different from the extreme sign in the other channel. A number of studies have been carried out related to the estimation of the amplitude-frequency error due to the responsiveness of nonlinear elements in ring mixers in stroboscopic sample-and-hold circuits. The influence of operating conditions and mixer parts on its parameters is studied. The verification of the obtained results of theoretical research has been carried out via numerical modeling and experimentally. The influence of the parameters of the mixer parts on the accuracy of the stroboscopic sample-and-hold circuit has been evaluated

Analyzing electronic design automation (EDA) computer aided design (CAD) contests it can be seen that the dominant part of tasks and problems belongs to physical design. This is due to the increments of the complexity of semiconductor devices that discovers an increasing number of new problems to be solved in nanometer scale layouts. As the number of the tasks and their complexity grows the new EDA tools should enhanced to solve the main algorithmic tasks. In this paper we present a new extensible EDA framework for physical level design algorithms development, testing and implementation. The framework provides ready-made solutions for secondary, auxiliary tasks such as file I/O and layout data manipulation. Developed EDA framework was integrated in educational process and made it possible to develop physical design algorithms using technological files. The reported study was done with a support of the state assignment of MIET (Theme No. FSMR-2020-0017/AAAA-A20-120071490038-5)

The article studies the mutual influence of electrical and thermal processes due to their simultaneous occurrence in the printed circuit assemblies of optoelectronic devices (OEDs) in real operating conditions. An increase in the accuracy of computer modeling of electrical and thermal processes can be achieved by switching from the separate modeling of these processes used in engineering practice to their joint simultaneous modeling according to the proposed unified integrated electrothermal model. The authors use the existing in physics electrothermal analogy of mathematical descriptions of these processes. The resulting loads of heat dissipations power and temperatures of electrical radio products placed on the OED printed circuit boards makes it possible to identify hidden potential failures in them during design. When using integrated digital twin, it is possible to identify pre-failure situations during the operation of the OED.

A computer simulation of the depth course of the absorbed dose as a function of the electronic irradiation energy of the acting in the range of 30 - 60 keV was performed, and calculations of the dose accumulation factor under these conditions were performed for polyethylene terephthalate, polymethylmethacrylate, polystyrene and low-density polyethylene, as model polymers of microelectronic device housings. It is shown that the electron energy values corresponding to the maximum dose accumulation factor depend on the polymer density. The conducted studies allow us to determine with great accuracy the conductivity of plastic cases of microelectronic devices under conditions of electronic irradiation, which is of particular interest to exclude the physical possibility of the occurrence of electrostatic discharges that lead to failures of the onboard electronics of spacecraft.

We consider the problem of assessing the stability of nanoelectronic structures, which include resonant tunneling elements. Research shows that multi-input logic gates based on two-level logic cells MOBILE have a short (picosecond) switching time and higher functionality due to the ability to implement logic functions with fewer gates. This creates good prospects for the development of ultra-high-performance programmable logic device (PLD) with a high degree of integration, which are required for organizing high-performance computing. However, the extremely high sensitivity of resonant tunneling elements to changes in the energies of quantum states requires an assessment of the stability of such structures to external influences in real operation. For this purpose, a technique is proposed for investigating the robustness of logic cells MOBILE based on a resonant tunneling diode and an НВТ transistor

This paper estimates the quantities of the resources of FPGA-class PLD generators of Boolean functions, D-triggers, and input/output units that are required for the distributed computing of nonlinear polynomial functions over a Galois field of a certain power in a preset number of variables. Computations were performed considering the usage factor of the relevant PLD/FPGA resources, as well as the number of the variables for the above functions. We also calculated the PLD/FPGA array size required for computing the predefined polynomial function over a Galois field on both existing and potential distributed computing systems.

With the development of technology, the temperature range of environmental exposure is constantly expanding. Simultaneous miniaturization of optoelectronic devices leads to an increase in the density of internal heat emissions. Therefore, during thermal testing of manufactured devices, failures of product components are often detected due to their overheating. This also applies to Zeeman laser gyros. In this paper, the following scientific problem is set and solved. It is the development of such an algorithm for creating a laser gyro, which would ensure the detection of the product overheating at the early stages of design before the models or prototypes production. The algorithm is based on a digital simulation of the thermal process taking into account the design features of the device. It also improves the technical and economic performance of creating a laser gyro due to the fact that early detection of possible overheating of the gyro elements allows you to make the necessary changes to the device design drawings before making a mock-up or prototype. Making changes to the drawings and, accordingly, to the thermal model of the laser gyro is much cheaper than making them in the manufactured products. The design time of the device is reduced. Peculiarity of this work is also the proposal to create programmed digital twins of the thermal modes of the laser gyro. The main purpose of digital twins is to store information for setting up the devise during their manufacture and diagnostics during operation in various conditions of external influences.
