The role of teacher educators as researcher-practitioner is viewed in this narrative reflection from the perspective of the author, the professor of record for a course in which an early field experience tutoring opportunity was embedded. The manuscript reports on the tutoring experiences through the lens of the author with instigations and collaboration with the preservice teachers. Limitations suggested, include the intentional omission of any experimentation but focuses on the lived experiences of the professor exploring this early field experience implementation. The findings are reflective and opines that a commitment to move a course into the authentic school setting should cause the author to reflect on the collaboration prior to any experimental investigation of the impact. It is believed that research may suggest how germane early field experiences are to future educators, but the voice of the instructor as the subject of the experience should be part of the body of literature as a phase of ongoing research of practice.

The present research was carried out to forecast the protagonist of parental involvement in the Career Decision making among students of Senior Secondary School. This study was basically descriptive method used to acquire important and accurate information. The main objectives were to analyze the inter-relationship between career decision making and perceived parental involvement of senior secondary school of Bhutan. And another objective was to study the role of perceived parental involvement on the relationship between career decisions making among students of senior secondary school. The investigator selected 300 senior secondary school students through convenient sampling technique. For the collection of data the investigator used Career Decision making scale, developed by Dr. Kirandeep Singh in 2014 and Parental Involvement tool developed by Dr. Vijayalaxmin Chouhan and Mrs. Gunjan Ganotra Arora in 2009. For the purpose of drawing out the results the investigator used statistical techniques like Coefficient of Correlation and Regression Analysis were used. The outcome showed that a significant negative relationship exists between Career Decision Making and Parental Involvement of senior secondary school students of Bhutan. Also, parental involvement plays a significant predictor role in the career decision making of school students.

The world is moving forward with the massive use of modern technological amenities in every sphere of life, including the education sector. During the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the use of modern technologies in education has increased, most of which are based on social media. So, this study is aimed at assessing the overall effect of social media on students' learning at the selected government college. Mixed research method has been used in this study, whereby a convergent design is used for collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. It is found that respondents and interviewees, students and teachers, use social media for learning purposes. The effect, perception of the role, negative effect, and teachers' perception of using social media were mostly positive in this study, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Overall effect, perception about the role and negative effect has no correlation with the number of social media used and time spent on social media. However, some respondents and 3 interviewees think there are some drawbacks of using social media.

In this study, the size of the effect of the drama method on skills was analyzed with meta-analysis and the meta-synthesis method. A literature review was conducted on national studies. Postgraduate thesis, doctoral thesis and articles written between 1990-2020 were scanned in Turkish and English from national and international databases to include with the meta-analysis method. After a literature review, it was found that 34 studies conducted at the national level met the inclusion criteria. The Comprehensive Meta-Analysis v2.0 (CMA) Statistical Package Program was used in data analysis, MetaWin program was preferred to calculate the normality distrubition graphs. The Cohen's d effect level was calculated separately for each study, and then general effect levels and significance values were found. The classification of Cohen et al. (2007) was used to evaluate the effect size. According to the data obtained from the analysis, it was concluded that the drama method had a moderate (Cohen's d=0.950) effect on skills. No publication bias was found according to the Funnel plot, Rosenthal Safe N, Duval, and Tweedie test results in the studies included in the analysis analyzed. The publication year, publication type, education level, number of samples, geographical region, application week, application hour, and subject area that might have an effect on the effect size were determined and analyzed as moderator variables. It was concluded that the size of the effect of the drama method on skills differed according to the application week, application hour, and subject area moderators, and that it does not change according to the publication year, publication type, education level, number of samples, and geographical region moderators. In the meta-synthesis data, it was determined that drama give students a many skills, especially speaking, writing, and communication skills. In addition, it can be said that the data obtained from both meta-analysis and metasynthesis are compatible with and support each other. The results of the study show that the drama method is effective at enhancing the skills at the basic education level and suggested for the teachers and researchers to use this method in gaining and developing skills.

WhatsApp is a social network used by most individuals in the world. Very few are not interested or not using Whatsapp. It has a vital place in the society to transmit information from any place-to-place. The information may be a text, a picture, a video, or a voice. Therefore, WhatsApp can be used for multi-message transfers. This study examines the use of WhatsApp in education by pre-service teachers. The researcher selects a sample of 60 pre-service teachers from a College of Education in Kanyakumari District. The investigators have used the "WhatsApp Education Inventory" to collect the data. From this study, the investigator concluded that the pre-service teachers utilize WhatsApp for their education according to their own interests. Moreover, no background variables are affected by the use of WhatsApp in their education. Most pre-service teachers are using WhatsApp for their education and progress. In this study, there exist no difference between the groups of type of families and religion, similarly among the groups of occupation of the father, occupation of the mother and income of the parents. Finally, it suggests that the pre-service teachers use WhatsApp in a creative and positive way to equip themselves and the future generation. Spending a lot of time on WhatsApp leads to addiction. Therefore, unnecessary usage of WhatsApp should be avoided to the future students to use their gadgets for a good purpose in a moral way.
